Minesweeper has a fascinating history. It was introduced as a free game on the Windows 95 operating system for the purpose of teaching people how to use the right-click function on their mouses (mice?), to in-turn improve their ability to interact with the new operating system.
Ironically, the version found below does not require you to right-click. Instead, click on a tile you wish to reveal and then click the "Confirm" button to turn it over. If you wish to mark a tile as covering a mine, click twice before clicking "Confirm".
This is a two-player version of the game, in which you are invited to play against the computer in one of three difficulty levels. See if you're as expert at this game as you remember. :)
